Well, there's Pichi Pichi Pitch, but there is partial nudity in it(but just partial) It's pretty romantic. And then there's Fruits Basket, which is both romantic and comical. And there's S.A. Special A which I am reading right now. It's about this boy and girl who are rivals and have matches. And there is Kamichama Karin, which I am also reading. It's very cute, and there's a sequel called Kamichama Karin Chu. So there I hope I helped. I highly recommend Fruits Basket, S.A. Special A, and Kamichama Karin. They're really good! The animes are bad either, but only Fruits Basket is in English Dub, the others are still in English Sub because they haven't made English versions yet but it's fine. I like listening to the Japanese cuz I want to learn, not sure about you though.

It's about this high school boy who starts getting close with this girl. How ever she is very shy and stays to herself. Come to find out she has a horrible, abused past, and that makes it hard for her to get close with him.

Anime-wise I'd watch Voices of a Distant Star(Hoshi no koe).

"The story of the high school students Mikako Nagamine and Noboru Terao. When the alien Tarsians attack, Mikako volunteers to be a pilot in the space force that will protect mankind.
