Why do we have sand coming up through our floor urinals?

We are experiencing sand coming up through the drain on our floor urinals. Does anyone know the cause of this? Who would be the best to diagnose/repair something like this?

    Probably a broken drain pipe. Plumbers do plumbing.

    No doubt it is a broken pipe. You'll have to obtain a reputable plumber and they will more than likely have do some digging. This can be costly.

    If you have a septic field and a lot of rain recently, it could also be some backflow, it which case it will eventually go away.
