Not much. This is done periodically by your system anyway.

Deleting Temporary Internet Files will provide more space on a computer, which will also make the computer faster. It may also be helpful to extend the size of the Temporary Internet Files folder, because the Internet program will read already-viewed files from the cache before downloading the same page from the Web. By expanding the size of the Temporary Internet Files folder, the user will save time and money.

It is safe to delete all the files in your temp folder. However I recommend using a program such as CCleaner. It's free and will automatically only remove files older than 24 hours. Just to avoid any possible issues with currently running programs or downloads.

If worst comes to wost and a file you try to delete is in use, Windows will stop you.

The data will disappear and pass to the trash folder. no longer the rest they're no longer something yet temp data. yet shop them interior the trash merely in case you like one in all them yet I guess you wont.

your puter would probably run faster. Also clean out your cookie file, while you are at it, and delete yoru history once in a while, like once a week.
