I have Toshiba laptop running Windows 7, a Cisco wireless router and an Almond extender. The laptop successfully connects to internet via other WIFI networks, and will connect to internet via this wifi network for a few moments before showing no internet access. Have googled problem and have tried many fixes to no avail. Need some expert help.

an easy, step by step way to do this? Please be very basic. I'd prefer not to have to buy some high powered piece of software just to do something this simple. Thanks.

Each year using Turbo Tax Home and Business I dutifully complete a Schedule C reporting income received from a client that was reported to the IRS on a 1099. TTax has a line where you enter income reported on a 1099 on Schedule C and that's where I put it. Each year I get a notice from the IRS (an AUR) that says I did not report this income. I call in, they look, and they fix it, but it is a pain in the butt. The agent I talked to today said I am supposed to report 1099 income on line 21 of the 1040. I said wasn't it proper for me to report in on the Schedule C. She said yes, but that the tax examiners only look on line 21 and if it is not there, then an AUR is issued. I can't believe this. Because either I am doing something wrong or if I am not then they must be issuing AURs for every person in the US who is filing a schedule C. Can anybody clarify this for me?

I am running windows 2000 and am experiencing some anomalies in my internet use. I decided to restore my computer to an earlier time and date to see if that solved the problem; however, no matter which restore point I choose, I get the msg that restore was unable to restore to that point. What are some reasons why this might be happening?

When I switch between users, it shuts down. When I reopen it, the new user account is displayed; previously, I could switch seamlessly among users without having the program close itself and then have to be reopened. Any ideas?

I always delete all cookies every time I close the browser, but when I run my virus scan, it lists flash cookies that it is scanning. How can I find and delete these cookies?

Where can I find step by step directions of how to do this...how do I get the withholding to the IRS, do I make the check out to the IRS, is there a specific IRS form that goes with it, where do I send the check, how often do I have to do it, etc...Not looking for you to answer all questions, just give me a specific reference or references...I have been to the IRS website and pretty much found instructions for everything but that.
