Holmgren has said he doesn't really like Clausen... He backed away on those comments, but I think the truth is, he doesn't really like Clausen.
So, the Steelers have put out that they want a top 10 pick for Ben Roethlisberger. The Browns get Big Ben, an Ohio native, who can then get the fresh-start he so desperately needs, and the Browns can be relevant again. The Steelers get Jimmy Clausen, and something else... maybe a 3rd round pick too. Or maybe one of your O-Linemen, as you guys have a plethera of them compared to what we have here in Pittsburgh.
With the 7th pick of the 2010 NFL Draft, the Pittsburgh Steelers choose, Jimmy Clausen of Notre Dame.

if Eric Berry's there, they'll take him. If Berry's not there, i could see them trading down and stockpiling more 2nd and 3rd round picks b/c this year's talent pool is really deep (O-Line and D-Line especially)
another possibility might be C.J. Spiller. I know they have Cribbs, but can you imagine both of those guys on the field at once? what a nightmare for a D-coordinator. Also, if Cribbs were to get injured, that gives you a really nice backup plan...

If he is still available which I think he will be. Jimmy Claussen seems to be a great choice for the browns at # 7. They have a good run game and thier defense is decent. and they need help on oline and need recievers as well. But they can get those in the later rounds.
