What is the best music editor?

Is there any programs or software where you can edit or delete some instruments in the music? Where you can also add any vocals or instruments in it? And you can also copy vocals, guitars, drums or any instrument parts in it.

    I like audacity a lot.

    Adobe makes a really good program called SoundBooth.
