Can a teacher get fired for running an experiment on her students?
I am in 10th grade Pre-Ap Biology. In my school there is two pre-ap classes for this course. It just worked out that one of these classes was all girls and one mixed. Our teacher thought it was a good idea to run an experiment on the girls to see which class will learn more. She shows obvious bias in that the teaching lessons are completely different, but still claims that the other class is doing better. I have confronted her on the subject and she said that the other class is way ahead of us but my girlfriend who is in the other class said she doesn't understand or have ever had our home work. Is this legal or moral? If not how do I confront my administrators.
She does not have permission as far as I know

not fired but certainly disciplined.
if she is intentionally teaching one class at a higher level than the other (it sounds like she is) then she is damaging the education of one of the classes.
find out who her boss is and go talk to her if she disregards you tell her you may lodge a formal complaint in which case **** will fly
be mature and calm with this, not threatening

Go to the principal and calmly talk about your concerns. The principal may not know. If that's the case, he/she can put a stop to it. If the principal is aware, maybe he/she can shed some light on how this is ethical.

You can't get a teacher fired from that. Shes not causing any damage to students physically.
