My dog tore my coaxial cable out of my TV. Fixable?
The cable carries cable TV, of course. The dog ran past the back of the tv, took the cable with him and it tore out, leaving a bent pin in the cable and a kind of torn cuff on it, too. Will it be fixable?

Straighten out the cable's center wire. Unscrew the part still attached to the TV and push it firmly onto the end of the cable. Wrap some tape around where the cable's jacket enters the plug. Then carefully reattach it to the TV.
Actually it would be best if you picked up a replacement plug from Radio Shack (pay attention to the size of the center hole as they come in 2 sizes) and attach it to the cable using their guide being sure to crimp its locking ring on for security.
