** Troll-to-troll's comment is completely untrue, and an example of the dishonest bigotry that is regularly used in attacking Jehovah's Witnesses.
Jehovah's Witnesses only observe what the Bible directs us to observe, which is the commemmoration of the DEATH of Jesus Christ (not his birth, and not his resurrection).
It would not be appropriate to celebrate holidays that are steeped in pagan, false religious origins and contain false religions traditions, beliefs, or teachings.
** You may ignore Rustic's comment. Everything he stated is a lie that his "I hate Jehovah's Witnesses" cult leaders have brainwashed him to say.

No, the only thing they religiously "celebrate" is the memorial of Christ's death. (And that's not much of a celebration, it's rather somber.)
Some Jehovah's Witnesses do celebrate baby showers, weddings, wedding anniversaries, and high school graduations but they are warned not to do so by their Governing Body due to their pagan backgrounds and the need for them to "be no part of this world."

Greetings,
We celebrate Life, Truth, Creation around us, and every joyful thing in the universe. And, we do it without adulterating our pure worship of the one True God.
Yours,
BAR-ANERGES
EDIT,
Sugar's comment is a complete falsehood. We do celebrate anniversaries, baby showers, graduations and everything else she mentions. And not only has the Governing Body NEVER said these things were wrong but they also celebrate them!!
Now the memorial of Christ's death is a "somber" celebration, it was a celebration that Christ himself commanded his true followers to keep. Saying that celebrating the memorial of his death is "sick" is blasphemous.

They celebrate many pagan traditions. In fact, the Watchtower itself is a pagan symbol. You may ignore the truth defender guy. He was never one of the Jehovah's Witnesses. He is an admitted part of the "anti-JW cult," except that he is clever enough to pretend to be a JW, so that he will make them look bad. It's quite sad actually...or should I say pathetic.

Jehovah's Witnesses oftentimes have get-togethers and parties, but don't "celebrate" anything uniquely. We have graduation parties and anniversary parties, and we celebrate the Memorial of Jesus' Death.
In my area, we all like to get together and have picnics, play basketball, and play music and sing at the local parks. Most Sundays we have a "pot-luck" too.

Jehovah's Witnesses join in all the celebrations in connection with their fellow man that are not rooted in pagan (false) religion and nationalism (Nationalism teaches that one nation of man is better than another nation of fellow humans) we won't join in on those because we believe in the brotherhood of mankind.
More importantly, Jehovah's Witnesses go each day and visit their fellow man, trying to get to know them, trying to share thoughts with them, conversing with them and helping them.
How many fellow humans to YOU speak to (outside your family and friends) in a week? In a month? When did you last introduced yourself to a stranger? Would you visit someone in your community you didn't know and try and get to know them better with the goal of sharing vital informaton with them?
Jehovah's Witnesses very LIVES are a celebration of the effort to bring others closer, 365 days a year, they can be seen approaching their fellow humans. What a close knit world this would, how few would be lonely, if everyone was like Jehovah's Witnesses!

So you are close only few holidays in a year with your family??
So if we have 6 or 7 holidays in 365 years ....those are the only days you are close to your family and friends......??
7/365 multiply by 100 it is 2 percent of the year close to the family ...and the rest of the 98%????

I would not quite call these CELEBRATIONS -
But we do participate in some community events, county fairs, arts and crafts festivals, historical re-enactments, farmer's markets, various inside and outside tours of homes, gardens, and school projects.
All of these help develop a proper sense of community pride and care.
The area I live in is known for a certain animal - we are the "Horse Capital of the World". So there are various activities in the community along with other events that we can enjoy.
I for one am thankful that I do not limit my connection to my fellow humans to holidays. I enjoy my neighbors and the discussions and activities as often as I can.

A
Nothing.

Matter of fact the JWs hate "the world". "The World" is Watch Tower/Jehovah's Witness slang (argot) for everything that is not the Organization (Watch Tower associated).
_______
The Jehovah's Witnesses are in the power of the Watch Tower. Their social and emotional dependency is on the Watch Tower. The BITE cult model clearly shows that the Watch Tower controls who, what where, when, how, and why their followers do anything.
Rarely do Jehovah's Witnesses have any time to participate in non Watch Tower endeavors. Between house-to-house, Kingdom Hall meetings, bible studies, and so forth very little time for anything or anybody.
Quote:
... "It is through his organization that God provides this light that the proverb says is the teaching or law of the mother. If we are to walk in the light of truth we must recognize not only Jehovah God as our Father but his organization as our mother,".... (Watchtower, 05, 01, 57, p. 274)

Jesus told us to commemorate his death because he died so we could live.
We do this in the spring
Other than that we do weddings, showers, graduations, retirements, get togethers all the time.
