Has anyone tried yoga for back issues?
I want to know if anyone has tried yoga for back injuries or a curve in the back? I sometimes have discomfort, and I heard it's helpful to do yoga.

I know a yoga teacher who successfully teaches "Yoga for a Healthy Back" classes.
I would suggest finding something like that or a beginning yoga class. But be careful, listen to your body, don't try to overstretch.
Good Luck : )
