For some reason, I have forgotten to the lock door several times. It's really getting annoying. It really sucks. I am not sure if it's because I've been stressed a lot, but forgetting things has been a problem since childhood to some extent. I work very hard at it, but I sometimes keep getting on a row and do fine and then go back. I have also lost many things. It usually happens when there is too much pressure. But, it's normal to have pressure in life, right? Other people have pressure. I am not sure what's the cause and what to do....

I have seen it pronounced like Hum like the word shut in English, and I have seen it pronounced

as Hoom. For example, in the mantra Vakratundaya Hum, how do I pronounce this Hum?

I know Om Mani Padme Hum is pronounced like Hoom. I know Om Hum Hanamate Namaha

It's pronounced like chewing gum.

Please help... Vakratundaya Hum.

I mean it is rather arbitrary to stop someone who may look like an "illegal Mexican". How does a person do that without say stopping a third or second generation Mexican American or Chicano?

Looking a certain way isn't adequate probably cause, it seems like making feel society is racist against Latinos and insanely targeting someone who a police officer may think is Hispanic. It's like walking while being thought of as illegal Mexican. It reminds me of the movie "Born in East LA".

I want to know if anyone has tried yoga for back injuries or a curve in the back? I sometimes have discomfort, and I heard it's helpful to do yoga.
