2008 liberty has 12 spark plugs?
i order up 6 high end plugs (E3's) for my 2008 liberty with a 6 cylinder, the shop tells me it will be 211 dollars to install "12" plugs, they say there is 2 per cylinder, is that right?

1. That is correct.
2. There is little to no advantage to "high end" spark plugs (unless you're the one selling them)

A 2008 Jeep liberty has only 6 plugs. Not two per cylinder.

should be 3 bucks a plug if you order the best price.

36 bucks + installation should be around 70-80 bucks if they were fair with the labor charges.
211 is nuts.
