    its already in slope intercept form so no math required!!

    the slope is the constant in front of the x

    so the slope is 4.3

    to find the y intercept you have to set x=0 (because when x=0 the line will only cross through the y axis at a certain point)

    so, y = 4.3(0) -2

    and the y intercept is -2

    hope I wasn't too confusing!

    y = 4.3x - 2

    it is in slope-intercept form y = mx + b

    m is the slope

    b is the y-intercept

    slope = 4.3 or 43/10 as a fraction

    y-intercept = -2

    slope is the 4.3x, y intercept is the -2

    slope = 4.3

    y intercept = -2

    This is a line equation. y = slope times x +/- the y intercept.
