How to gain weight fast in a month?
Ok I know everyone is obsessed at trying to be skinny. I'm one of those naturally skinny girls. Ive been trying to gain weight all my life and I remember my childhood years when my mom stuff food down my throat because I'm skinny. Some people actually think I'm anorexic and it makes me mad since they have no idea how much I eat and I take it offensively like how girls dont wanna be called fat too. Anyways, I eat normally and yet I look like I dont eat at all. =(
So I have this crazy goal of trying to gain at least 8-15 pounds in a month. Well, even if I dont achieve that goal, i still wanna gain some weight. So help me out please! suggestions?
any weight will do...muscle/fat...

Try nutritional supplements definatly, along with consumeing more dense foods!

Yes! No more than a pound a week from here on out is healthy though. Baby, amniotic fluid and the placenta, plus more blood surging through your body is all increasing at this stage. You will have months when you don't gain hardly any weight and that is ok as long as it's not every month. You only need to be consuming about 300 extra calories a day to provide for that little bean.

Right, I had a similar problem... this is what I done about it and gained 8 lbs in the first month.
I ate 6 times a day and roughly between 2,500 - 3,000 calories per day.
I ate 3 snacks and these snacks were.. Yoghurts(Full Fat), Nuts(any kind, they're all fatty), seeds, rasisins.
Main meals were large.. Also, if this is not a clear guide of what you should, just double meals.. Like breakfast add more etc for the entire day.. Don't eat fat, fat and more fat though. Just up your fat intake to roughly 100g - 120g per day. Bit high, but you'll gain weight.. Calories though 3000! This should help you. I wanted to gain weight bad and went from roughy 7 st 11lbs to 10 st 4lbs and still gaining, but through weight lifting, gotta repair the damage done. I'm not sure of where you're from so I can't give you a guide to meals etc.. Different cultures you know the score :\
Also, whilst eating try to watch out for sugars, it's inevitable nowadays. Just try not to eat like 300g daily. Don't panic though.
Not sure if you're a vegitarian, but I used to think one meat meal a day was enough, it wasnt!, you need to be eating one main MEAT meal a day to help with protein fat and calories. Just be careful and I hope at least some of this may have helped you on your way to gaining 8 pounds per month.
Protein shakes are an apparent weight gainer, although I haven't myself tried them. I tried COMPLAN as it was recommeneded by the health system. They're very good they have multiple sources of vitamins fat and calories.
Eat 6 meals a day like this...
7am, breakfast.
10am, snack.
11am - 1pm, dinner
3pm, snack.
5pm, main meal.
7pm, snack.
this will boost your metabolism and give you the sufficient frequent energy your body needs and it won't shock your body. I've personally been doing this for 4 months and I am enjoying it, I hope this can benefit you in anyway possible. If this doesn't stop after a month I would go to the doctors to get a second opinion as you could have over active thyriods or even cancer. Just make sure though, bettter to be safe then sorry.

There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.
1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water.
2) The interval between the eating is very important. If you eat once, then you must eat next after 4 hours. You must take breakfast regularly. In the night eat your food three hours before going to bed.
3) Walking is very good. You must walk as much as you can. Walk everywhere you can. Use of elevators and escalators must be reduced and instead of these you must climb stairs more often.
These are some of the fastest ways to lose weight. By just following the simple steps, you can lose your weight very quickly. You must consult your doctor if want to change your diet or exercise routine.

There are only two kinds of weight anyone can gain, muscle or fat. Decide which one you want and I can tell you how to do it.
Fat isn't going to look good. It won't distribute itself evenly all over your body, it will accumulate around your waist and give you a pot belly. I highly suggest you gain muscle, not fat. Then you will fill out and look athletic and toned. Start a basic bodybuilding routine. You should join a gym so you have access to all the necessary equipment.
