Can I still get health benefits from drinking alkaline water?

Alkaline ionized water is proven to be more beneficial?

    I'm not sure if you are familiar with the new science on this. Dr. Robert O. Young is one of the key proponents of the Alkaline diet movement. I've been studying it for 35 years now - since my pre-med days in university. One thing is perfectly clear now. nearly all diseases begin with a state of acidosis.

    The body is an amazing device. If I had room here I could type a book of data for you. But in the interest of brevity, I'll just touch on the main points. The body likes to balance itself at a pH of 7.365. When you drink something like say... a can of coke, you are drinking a fluid with a pH of 3.2! This is pretty close to battery acid! So, while the first few cans of coke won't kill you, they start the transition to ill health.

    Your body wants to balance your loss of alkalinity - so is draws calcium and magnesium from your bones in order to buffer the acidity. And that works great for a while. But the problem is that the standard western diet is much too acidic for the body to win this battle. So what happens is that once the body has taken all of the minerals it can from your bones, it then stores the acid in fatty tissue. If you don't have any, your body will make it. This is why you have some people who really don't eat much but remain fat. They complain bitterly about being fat and how unfair it is that skinny people can eat tens times as much and not gain weight.

    If you do NOTHING ELSE but start drinking high alkaline water, you will lose the fat and you will stop losing bone mass and you will no longer be heading toward osteoporosis and arthritis. Your body will remain in a healthy condition and your cells won't adopt a cancerous behavior or condition.

    I love my food! I did nothing more than put Hunzana pH drops into every glass of water I drank, and you would not believe the health benefits I experienced with just 48 hours. I lost three inches on my waistline over the weekend. I suspect that the high alkaline water dowsed the internal inflammation that was happening.

    Having said that, you must consume enough high pH water to do the job. That is about 1 liter per 50 pounds of body weight. Dr. Young recommends more, but I just can't get that much water into me. I drink 4 or 5 liters per day now. I am not going to make all kinds of wild claims. The FDA and Big Pharma are scared enough about this. If you and I get healthy, and tell others who end up getting healthy, then big pharma loses billions of dollars in drug sales. So expect to find lots of "hired guns" from big pharma to be trying to dowse this flame.

    In the end, talk to real people who have experienced real benefits! Search for Hunzana pH drops and get hold of some. I found it easily and it was dirt cheap.
