I'm not sure if this is swelling or something more serious-- Industrial piercing?

I got this piercing a little over a month ago... Now, I'm not sure if its just swelling, or if its a keloid or some type of scarring. But I'm a bit concerned. I do wake up during the night and find myself sleeping on it. It was doing pretty well for a while, until the last couple of days or so. Now its gotten bigger and very sore.

It looks a little infected, or irritated. I'd go back to the place you got it pierced at, and ask them to look at it. You might need a lighter bar or something in it. (:
