About harrassment orders...?
My daughters old boyfriend put a harassment order on her ...but... 2 days later he is contacting her through text and phone calls. Is that legal? I live in Nebraska.

sure its legal, but the next time he tries to put a harassment/order of protection order against her the judge probably wont see in his favor--IF he does this, TELL YOUR DAUGHTER TO SAVE THE TXTS, EMAILS etc....as proof that he is in fact the one contacting her and she has not done anything against the order.
