20 years old..tons of bloating.. best diuretic to buy?
i was reading up on water retention and i am convinced thats whats wrong with me..
i do eat alot of frozen foods..im gonna try to change my diet and drink more water. i will visit a dr. when i getg insurance if my problem persists. thankyou!

I agree with Ken, salt reduction will definitely help. Salt/sodium can be found in many foods even if you don't realize it - processed foods especially. I would not go buy some over the counter diuretic (most of those are just caffeine anyway) but I would definitely talk to your doctor. Water retention can be a big deal - it can be a sign of problems with kidneys, your heart, etc. It's not something you should treat on your own.

You might want to look into eating less salt. I'm not sure how serious your problem is but I lost a ton of weight by just cutting my sodium intake. You probably eat way more salt than you even realize. Good luck anyhow.

20 years ago, I was 8, living in Canada & going to the local Elementary School. Now I'm not doing any of those things :)
