If you don't blame Bush, you're probably a Tea Baggager.

"...while most Americans blame the Bush administration or Wall Street for the current state of the American economy, the greatest number of Tea Party supporters blame Congress.

They do not want a third party and say they usually or almost always vote Republican. The percentage holding a favorable opinion of former President George W. Bush, at 57 percent, almost exactly matches the percentage in the general public that holds an unfavorable view of him..."

Well let's see here: DJI up 70% since Obama's election, unemployment plateaus and starts to show a steady recovery, housing market gradually comes back to life, GDP climbs month-to-month, and 80 million american's get access to healthcare. All that accomplished in 18 months. (And without republican help, might I add.) More than "W" did in eight years. Destroying the economy and killing thousands of american troops, notwithstanding.

So I think Georgie Boy and his puppet master Cheney are to blame for our economy.

If we had elected Mccain, we would be even worse off right now.

Despite the republican opposition to EVERYTHING Obama does, he STILL managed to somehow pass a bunch of things that are at least moving our country into the right direction.

It will be Bush until 2011. Once we get a Republican congress that sets things right, then Obama will start to claim it was his brilliant leadership. Same thing happened in 1994. They might even get him re-elected. There is nothing new under the Sun.

    Obama.

for changing the rules of commerce mid stream

families commited fraud in overstating income

they were all renting before they "bought a home", their rent like half their mortgage

most of the "home owners" paycheck was going to the mortgage, then gas went to almost $5. there wasnt much money left over, enter BAD ECONOMY,if nature had been able to run its course families would be renting at half or less then their mortgage and have money left over that goes into the economy.

you must be new to this forum. bush is responsible for everything bad in the country, from hurricanes to terror attacks and obama (or some other democrat) is responsible for everything good.

bush came in after the dot com meltdown, then things turned around and we had years and years of routine record setting stock market reports, near zero unemployment and the greatest revenues in our history. this was do to ...lets say carter.

then, when the democrats took control of washington the bottom dropped out in bushs last six months of his second term. this is the only part bush was accountable for, along with any trouble we have between now and when the republicans regain power. then our prosperity will be because of obama.

    welcome to yahoo answers.

Both are junk, Bush brought the debt from 5 trillions to 9 trillions in 8 years

Obama from 9 trillions to 13 trillions in 1 year

They are looting america, both puppets
