What happens after the 12 months introductory price with Time Warner Road Runner?

I'm thinking of switching over to Time Warner's RoadRunner. I currently have expanded basic TV. Their website says for $80/month, for 12 months, I can get digital cable and Road Runner High Speed internet. That's just a little more than I'm paying now for regular cable and AT&T DSL...but I'll get speed twice as fast and that's more stable.

What happens after 12 months? Can I agree to another 12 months to keep the same price or am I stuck paying the higher price until I switch to another ISP?

It should be listed in small print somewhere on the website or brochure what the price will go to after the introductory period. But, chances are, to take advantage of the plan, you'll have to sign a contract for a certain amount of time over those 12 months as well to qualify for the introductory price.

You wouldn't be able to extend the introductory rate by extending, most likely. That's just the "hook them" price.

I'm with Time Warner... what happens is... they raise their prices every year by about $10... the special rate just locks your price for the next year before you receive your first rate hike...

NO, you can't get the rate lock again...
