How do you train you dog to poop in a specific place...?
We have a deck, and he's pooping and peeing on it. Any ideas on how to get him to poop in a corner of the yard. He used to do this, and after cleaning up after him, it's as if he got mad at me and decided to poop on the deck. Help!
Thanks in advance!

I know what you mean. But many dogs are very stubborn that way.
Try taking him out on regular intervals to the same spot and if he goes, give him praise and a small treat. It can;t hurt, it helped with my dog some.

Take him out on a lead every time, to the same place. Try to find out if there is something that upset him there - is there a plant growing that's prickly, or smelly? Did he hear a noise that scared him so he's not wanting to go as far out into the garden as he used to?

I believe the 1st answer. Crate education is the simplest and maximum useful. look it up on the internet. you additionally should becareful to not make your dogs think of that pooping is a foul concern by skill of punishing her whilst she does it interior the incorrect place otherwise she/he will in basic terms study to attempt and cover it from you. in basic terms use crate education and countless compliment whilst she does it impressive... good luck

Also, try not to take away the "prize" between outings to that spot you want him to use, let it build a day or 3! Yes, I know, be less clean....that's a drag!

Keep taking him back to the place where you want him to eliminate, then PRAISE him when he goes.
