My brother in law is a child molester, Suggestions?
My first inclination was to kill him, that would cause more family hardship and is apparently illegal. He has been molesting my niece (not his daughter, he claims in justification) since she was seven, she is fifteen now. She's a bundle of damaged goods. His wife asked me to keep quiet, not kill him while she works this treacherous betrayal out in her heart. There are younger children in the household (unmolested, his children) and would appreciate any input before I do the right thing.
Angie, it is easily in my power to stop this in a very permanent fashion. My niece has been traumatized to the point that she sees nothing wrong with anything. This little victim is promiscuos. I did, however, promise not to do anything for a while. My promise is rock solid.
Claude, there are interstate problems hindering a legal solution. I am leaning towards my more permanent ending. I do have that power.

Give him HELL! Make sure he will suffer the rest of his entire life ! You know what?! Force her wife to watch rape scene so she can understand what the HELL he did suffer to the girl.
Get him in jail , so he get his little rapist tight anus raped.

if that guy is a child molester why would he discriminate against his own kids? logic says they may be at risk, if they haven't been abused already.. honestly they should see a therapist to try to deterine if anything has happened to them.
even if he hasn't touched them, if he touched this other girl for 8 years (poor girl!), there's a very good likelihood she is not the only one he has/will molest(ed). most child molesters are indeed repeat offenders.
honestly, i know you don't want to step on anyone's toes or anything, but this guy needs to be taken off the streets so he doesn't harm anyone else!!!
will the 15 year old that he molested bring him to court? i know that could certainly be traumatic for her..but i could see how it could also empower her too.. it's something to consider, maybe a little later.
look, i don't know the family or how close you are to them-- and i understand you don't want to butt in or whatever-- it's a hard position to be in. all i'm saying is that his kids, and any other kids he comes in contact with need to be protected, some way, somehow. i was molested when i was little, too, and i have never truly gotten over it. kids need to be kept safe, it affects a person for life!!
i think your sister(??)- his wife-- needs to leave him and take the kids with her AT THE VERY LEAST.

You need to call the cops and give them evidence. Sure, this will cause a lot of embarrassment for your family, but personally, I'd rather have the neighborhood talking about us than having our children be victimized. And, whatever you do, do NOT let him or his wife anywhere near your kids, even in public. That his wife is even considering trying to keep this quiet shows she either cares more for her reputation than the welfare of her family, or she has the worst judgment possible.

You need to call child protective services and the police. DO NOT keep quiet. His wife is crazy to keep this a secret. That girl needs to get away from him ASAP and get into a safe environment. The sooner she gets away from him into therapy the easier it will be for her later in life. If she stays there she will only become more damaged than she already is. Don't be fooled by his wife and do the right thing. That child needs you.

You now have in your hands the power to stop any futur sufferings for children, so you should notify right now the police for that serious situation. It's a rather a serious matter. So God help you.

You need to turn him in! If not he will keep doing it and not only to his niece!!! I was molested by a family member too and no one turned him in and he ended up molesting my mom & my aunts when they lived at home then moved on to me and all my girl cousins and other girl family members. If he would have been turned in a lot of us wouldn't have had to go thru this horrible horrible treatment. It's a terrible thing to go thru and it should be reported!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Collect the evidence, make the victims speak and take altogether to the police
