The Christian God is almost by definition "love" itself. However you feel about it, your god will love you. It sounds like you are going through a period of self doubt, that it is *you* who is hating yourself for whatever reason, not god.

Are you a member of a church? If so try talking to your priest, they are trained to help you with this kind of thing.
