DeepDiscount.com problem?

I ordered on April 25th, got a confirmation email and they'd said they'd email me when it shipped. It's now May 3rd and I've recieved no such letter. Went to check my order status on Deepdiscount and it said I don't have any orders in my history.

What should I do? I hear the customer service is at best rude and worst, unhelpful.

Update:

@Sewrobb: According to the site when I ordered it, the item was in stock.

I'd used them once before without a hitch. I didn't hear of the bad customer service until after this order, when I went looking for answers.

    Ignore heresay and rumour - find out for yourself

    I presume you're Stateside, so you can use the toll free number 800-264-5076 to contact them. Make sure you have the confirmation email in view to quote order/reference numbers

    Not meant to be a silly question, but was the actual item in stock when you ordered it?

    The delay may be due to them waiting for new stock to come in.

    I am amused at your last statement though! If you have heard that their service is

    rude and unhelpful why bother to use them in the first place?

    Reply Email them with their confirmation letter, and ask what is the staus of your order.
