Until my pregnancy I was a diet coke junkie. I am 37 weeks and yesterday I just bought some herbal tea in my grocery store's herbal section. I is called "Organic Pregnancy Tea" and it is caffeine free. It is supposed to help with labor so I thought I would try it.

Tea has a lot of caffeine in it, and unfortunately caffeine is something to avoid in pregnancy. Sweet tea is okay as long as its not drunken in large quantities.
For me, I started drinking a lot of fruit juice.
