I Need your opinion about neighbor?
Neighbor took a back hoe for 5 days dug up his yard for dirt bike trails and jumps, the dirt for the jumps came from digging up his yard, i went down and asked if he had a permit, "a permit for what" I said re-grading, he said "im moving dirt not regrading", I said moving dirt is re-grading , i don't want any increase water run off from what your doing (my property goes along side of his) I said i'm gonna call the township he said "start a war buddy cause i'm moving dirt"

In most areas it is illegal to divert the natural flow of water onto your neighbors property. Your only recourse is to first contact the township and have them come out and look and then go from there. Building codes vary so it may not be illegal for your neighbor to dig up his yard in the manner that he has done. That is still something your township will know after you contact them. You can then always contact a lawyer but that would be expensive and time consuming. It is very sad that you have that you are stuck in a situation like this. So contact your township and let them decide and I bet they will side with you. Good Luck to you and I hope it works out OK.

Tell him again politely and what he is doing is not a good idea. But if your neighbor still hesitate to re-grade it is time to call the township, it is also for your own good and his but remember if you call the township your neighbor will call on his own organization for defense. It is true that maybe some pipes might be wipe out but it is his own lot and his own money so you are not affected by it but the flow of the water will decrease and you are affected by it maybe.

Neighbors can be the largest pain in the backside that the good lord made , other then the noise of the bikes I would tell you to go to hell and would have offered you a phone to call on.
