Neighbor took a back hoe for 5 days dug up his yard for dirt bike trails and jumps, the dirt for the jumps came from digging up his yard, i went down and asked if he had a permit, "a permit for what" I said re-grading, he said "im moving dirt not regrading", I said moving dirt is re-grading , i don't want any increase water run off from what your doing (my property goes along side of his) I said i'm gonna call the township he said "start a war buddy cause i'm moving dirt"
