In ancient India "Indra" (Chandra means moon) was God of rain and storms. I think it'd be good for a last name. Lilith means storm Goddess in Hebrew. Also Taima is Native American for thunder. Raiden (which is more of a boys name) is a Japanese myth name that means God of thunder and lightning. Shant is an Armenian name meaning thunderbolt. Taranis is a Celtic myth name of a thunder God. Amaya is a Japanese name meaning night rain. Lee (or Ley) means sheltered from a storm. You could also use Rain, which is based off Lorraine. ^_^ Hope I helped!

Storm seems like a much more realistic last name than Lightning to me, but of course it's your story! :)

jogs my memory of a parrot who copied my motor vehicle alarm sound. It became into status there interior the 2nd floor and had me going for a whilst. every time i'm getting faraway from the motor vehicle, I pay attention the alarm precisely because it sounds.
