Yoshimura Suzuki at Monza (WSBK)?

How do you think Daisaku Sakai will do on the Yoshi bike.

Never ridden outside of Japan, more than likely to take the ride as I think the Workx Crescent Suzuki

team will pull Kagayama because of his accident last monday at Oulton. better safe than sorry.

any thoughts.

Update:

As a big fan of the Japanese riders and a big Yoshimura fan, I hope for a lot, but lets not forget a lot of these riders dont travel well. I hope he adjusts quickly.

Update 2:

Crash in pactice kept him out of superpole. Shame I hope his shoulder is ok for race.

Update 3:

Thought this might help

same year in 250 Nakasuga rode at Motegi. Both beat a certain Mr Stoner who was riding an Aprilia at the time.

Cars & Transportation > Car Makes > Suzuki " Love it !!! YA ...... still not there yet !!

As for your JSB rider .... yes he should OK I think. Top 10 should be on the cards. For 2 reasons mainly.

    1) Monza is super fast. The 1st S bend after the start finish has been opened out to make it safer ( read FASTER ) To be honest, if you have a well set up team ..... I.E Cresent / Yoshi- Rockstar etc, they will gear the bike to go like a bullet. Monza is just gears and brakes. To quote the Legend Bayliss " it was easy ".

    2) Japan NEEDS another Kato-San.

Yes they have a current 250 world title holder in Takahashi & yes Tommy is flying in the Moto2 class, but so many of the " next big things " have ended up in BSB retired, (ala Nakano-San , Ukawa ,even Okada from years gone before Kato.) or died also, Niagi ( Assen WSB ) & Abe ( RTA )

This kid will ride all guns blazing just like Norick did in 94 of the NSR500 Mister Blue Fox Donuts.

Go out and crash if need-be just to show the world he could be the " next big thing ".
