Help with overweight Hamster?

I've had a dwarfhamster for about two months now and for the last two weeks he's been gaining weight. At first I thought I would just minimally reduce his food, but then he got aggresive. So I tried to replace some of his dry food with more healthy veggies, but he refuses to eat fresh food. Then I tried more toys in his cage to see if he would maybe run around a bit more and loose weight. He ignores his new toys. If i reduce his food or change it in any way he becomes aggresive. I just don't know what to try anymore. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Update:

Seing these answers I'm kind of sorry I asked now. Of course he has a wheel, a whodent wheel. And the color doesn't matter since hamsters are color blind. *sarcasm* And yes of course it's ok to let one hamster to eat another one *sarcasm*

    yikes!

try getting him a hamster wheel if you dont have one..

and if you do and he's not "Rocky-ing" it.

then just get him a bigger brightly colored one
