Is there something inherently weak about individuals that claim superiority because of their residency?
Texans for example. I have never heard such false bravado as the cowboy-wannabe's that inhabit that state.

Some people feel superiority because of where they live, others because of how much they have. In the end, I don't think it's weakness as much as ignorance. Think about it...you'd have to be kinda "dim" to really believe that where you live or how much money you have truly makes you a better person. And if you don't really believe it, then you'd have to be kinda "dim" to say that you do! :-)

I think some people do feel insecure about themselves and try to make up for it by owning large or expensive things. They feel inadequate in other areas so they try to be superior with material possessions.
Texans.. I dunno what their major malfunction is. Damn I love Texan resturants though, lots of good food for a low price.
