Does anyone who speaks Arabic, know what kind of dog is called a "loulou"?

I tried to translate the page from Arabic..but it translated to " grapefruit dog" " loulou" . My husband's translation version came out as " grae foan" sounded like "green phone" The picture I have is of a small fluffy white pup. Doesn't give much detail..I'm not sure if it is a Griffon or a Pomeranian or something completely different. They seem to be fairly popular in Egypt and the Middle East.

I know this is the Ramadan section but I know many can read and transliterate Arabic.

Thanks for any help........

It's Egyptian. Well generally we use the term to refer to those tiny dogs that don't really grow to become bigger than the size of a puppy... or anything cute really. Here's an image search of the griffon he was referring to http://www.google.ie/images?hl=en&q=%D8%AC%D8%B1%D...
