Front motor mount on a 1200 Buell keeps braking?

My younger brother has a 1200 Buell I'm not sure of the year but he has broken the front motor mount bolt in the cylinder head 3 times. Is there a service bulletin or an upgrade to correct this problem

Update:

The local dealer says they never heard of this problem and I know of 2 other Buell's with this.

Bob....I have not had that problem YET on any of my Buells 96, 98 about 10 years ago and ny current 99, BUT, I have heard of this being an issue. I don't have the time to write much now, but will write back tonight.

As MOST of HD's Buell dealers, it sounds like the shop you guys have been talking to are idiots and hate the Buell line. If the factory didn't teach them about an issue, they don't know jack $hlT.

Email me here with your regular email address so I can send some info on upgrades tonight.

In the mean time, go to.... http://www.americansportbike.com/shoponline/ccp0-p... .....read the info, and also maybe call the shop, this is THE best Buell Specialist shop in the country.

http://badweatherbikers.com/ .....This site is an EXCELLENT source of info for Buells.

The 883R I have had an similar issue, it kept breaking the exhaust mount, was replaced 3 times under warranty, I found that the voes unit wasn't working properly causing the ignition to advance to early causing more vibration, breaking pipe mount wrecking bulbs, switched to an ignition that allows me to program myself, solved the problem.

The brakes should be braking. Probably something connected up wrongly.
