We can't have sex. I think his penis is a bit deformed. Help/advice please?
Okay... This is kind of an embarrassing subject to touch upon so please be serious if you want to help me.
I recently became sexually active with my boyfriend and I noticed.. well his penis isn't like a normal penis. Firstly, it's smaller, by.. well, it's only about five inches fully erect. Secondly, well, it's never *fully* erect. He's always a little bit soft. I wondered it was just because he wasnt horny enough but he said that he's never been harder than that. Thirdly theres something different about his foreskin. It's really tight at the tip,and it cannot fully be retracted over the head of the penis. It can only come down the penis about one centimetre, its too tight to go any further.
Sex therefore is a little bit impossible. We tried several times and he's only managed to actually be inside of me twice. He's just very soft even when it's as hard as it can be, I can't be on top because i just squash him instead of him going inside me, and it's painful for him because his foreskin can't retract properly.
Please... try and give me some advice, are there any medical names for these things, what can I do about it? :( I don't think he realises anything is wrong, well I don't expect he's ever seen another penis properly before and doesnt realise anything is different. How do I ask him/talk to him about it without him being offended? He is a very sensitive person and gets easily insulted.

His foreskin is tight which means he needs to stretch it to loosen it up. 9 times out 10 a tight foreskin can be fixed with daily stretching exercises for a few weeks, or if that doesn't work he can get a cream from his doctor.
Here's a link which contains stretching instructions for 'phimosis' which is the technical name for his problem:

He must do the stretching every day in the shower but if it doesn't improve after a few weeks then he must see his doctor. The doctor can prescribe a topical steroid cream that will help loosen the tight foreskin.

EMZ: It sounds like he needs to do some stretching of the foreskin. He should see a doctor to get some steroid creme to apply. He probably isn't getting his penis properly cleansed also. He doesn't want to opt for a circumcision for sure. Just sit and talk openly. Don't ever say he is small. That will only add problems. His problem of not getting hard can be caused by this problem. He should be able to tract the foreskin totally back to properly cleanse his penis, and enjoy sex. With proper stretching and the steroid creme he can accomplish what needs to be done. Offer to help apply and watch him. He may surprise you. Good Luck Steve P.S. I hope your both old enough to be engaging in sex, and use protection.

5 inches is average, not small. So he's fine in that department.
If he has erectile dysfunction problems he needs to talk to a doctor he could have an underlying medical condition causing it. He needs to go to the doctor and get it looked at otherwise there might be a problem he can never fix.
He has a condition called Phimosis. He needs to do foreskin stretching excercises. He just needs to get a full erection, pull the skin as far back as he can WITHOUT pain and hold it here for 10+ minutes and do that at least 3 times a day.
Sounds like this man is very immature and doesn't take care of himself very well. He needed to have this stuff taken care of ages ago, not sit and let it wait.
I would tell him that you are concerned that he can't get fully erect because you heard that it can be caused by underlying medical issues like diabetes, blood pressure problems, vascular problems, heart issues etc. and you want him to go to the doctot just to make sure that he is okay.
Then later on you can tell him that you discovered a way that he can stretch his foreskin, and then offer to help him with it lol then he might not object to it and he might not be offended.
