Check the site below in Toronto. They have new dresses and dresses worn only once. Betsey Johnsons, Favianas, and BCBG dresses are all less than $200. There is a really cute fuschia strapless with a black sash, too. Scroll down to see them but if you see one you like, you'd better get it quick for these prices since most of them at the link are a size 0. Have fun shopping!! : P
