A BA in computer science?

I'm 20 years old and I plan on going to college this August. I was wondering about how long would it take to get a BA degree in computer science? I don't know much about college and degrees I'm going to start researching 24/7 in the next few days. But I was wondering about how long would it take? Also would it look better on my resume to go to an acutual college campus for my education or would online schools such as pheonix university or kaplan be just as good? I know online schools are growing in popularity espcially in the last few years. Online schools would fit my home/work schedule ALOT better but with some sacrifices I could go to a college campus. I know there are about 3 colleges in my area that offer degrees in computer science. Lastly would being fluent in English and Spanish make any difference in this career field as I'm fluent in both languages? So my question is about how long does it generally take to get a BA degree in computer science and are online colleges as good as "regular" colleges when looking for a job after college? Any help would be greatly apprieciated! Thanks!
