Really I can't say. Infidelity doesn't come to mind as I have questions about Adam and Eve being the only people on the planet (other than Cain and Abel) during their lives. If it was just Adam and Eve and they had no daughters, then where did Cain and Abel find wives? Also, if Adam and Eve did have daughters and Cain and Abel took them as their wives, the humans wouldn't have made it very far, because when you combine genetics from a brother and sister into a child, it tends to not go very well. I believe that after God created Adam and Eve, He went on to create other people as well. The Bible never says He didn't create other people; It just says that Adam and Eve were the first.

Menstrual cycles?
And actually, she DID have to worry about infidelity. With the genetic diversity that strong, interbreeding among relatives was not a significant concern, and it is necessarily true that Cain and Seth married their sisters (or, allowing for that infidelity, perhaps half-sisters/cousins/nieces...).
Remember also that Tamar told her brother, Amnon that she was certain King David would not stop them from marrying . . . Incest and inbreeding have only recently become a detrimental concern.
It says something about the age of the gene pool, if you have such a rapid increase in resultant birth defects from something that is as old as humanity . . .

She didn't have to worry about infidelity -- until her daughters grew up...
I'm just saying. :)
Anyway, if Cain was able to go off to the Land of Nod in order to find a wife, there were obviously other women around for Adam to chase.

I personally dont worry about this but if we could implant the Knowledge she had of God into all the Athiests in the world how cool would that be.

She committed sin. The tree was a problem and her life as well as Adams became a tough road after the sin she and Adam committed, there road was rough so she had her own problems.
