Actually yes if you think about it. Your spirit is the spiritual soul that will come out of your body at the point of death. Imagine if someone told u angels had a spirit. Angels don't have a spirit they are a spirit. People don't realize it but a spirit actually doesn't exist. It's just called a spirit cause people don't realize that's it's our spiritual soul that lives within us that will come out of our body's when we die.

spirit=Soul

Its been called a lot o fthings throughout time; Spirit, soul, psyche, life force, life essence, elan vital, and others
...and its more accurate to say you are a soul, you have a body.
