How long should it take boneless pork chops in oven?

The pork chops are about 1/2 in thick. Oh, what temperature also.

I would season them with salt/pepper/garlic powder/onion powder and pan-fry them in a touch of olive oil rather than bake or broil them. I doubt they will get brown before they overcook in the oven, not matter what the setting. I hate unbrowned, cooked meat. Especially pork. It just turns white and is gross!

350 for an hour?? LOL!! Sure, if you want dried out chops!

Broil them. Only takes about 8-10 minutes per side.

I usually bake at 350 for about an hour. 45 minutes you can check them and they may be done, but I can guarantee and hour would be perfect without over cooking.

No, they are not dried out. I have cooked them like this for years. Then again, the asker didn't say whether they are using BBQ sauce, seasoning or what. Thanks for making fun of me though. I appreciate it :-)

You want to cook them at a high heat. 450 will do fine. That's because you want any water that comes from them to evaporate instantly so they don't get rubbery. I would cook them for 20 minutes. Flip them once.
