Double Dip in 2011 in Singapore?

The world economy seems to heads towards double dip in the current economic crisis. How much will this affect Singapore Economy?

Will IR, and other measures set by the government able to buffer the coming storm?

Will it affect the property prices? Especially when the price of HDB is strongly 'backed' up by the government.
