    How true is this?

    How can we verify?

Is there any website on this issue?

  • The impact of Cocaine & Marijuana?

Is it true that in USA, people caught with Cocaine will be send for rehabilitation or counselling, but those with Marijuana will be jailed?

I was told that it was because some coloured skin people normally smoke marijuana, but the children of Aristocrat normally take party drugs and cocaine, thus they are send to counselling rather than jail.

  • Islam's perceived enemy.?

Good day to all Muslim brothers and sisters,

May I ask, in today's world of Post-modernity, where people are searching for what pleases them (self-indulgence) (of course, post-modernity is wider than that).

    Do Muslim generally still see Jews and Christian as enemy? or;

Do Muslim see godlessness as enemy? (homosexual, anti-religion act etc)

Please, no hate message on this answer.

Please no attacking of any religion(s)?

    Just state your position.

  • Painful Calves when Running.?

For the last 2 months, each time I jog, I will experience sharp pain in both of calves, the entire calves will also be tighten up.

I am in my 40's, my last 10km run was 5 yrs back, clocking 55min. Since than, I do not work out as much due to many overseas posting. But recently, as my life is more stable, I am getting back on my exercise routine.

I have been cycling for the last 6 months before turning back to running, as I wish to take part in 10 km run again. But I could not complete even 1.5km at any time due to the sharp pain.

I am a firm believer of stretching, and I even apply heavy 'deep heat' and use a leg warmer (making me look like a sissy) when I exercise.

I have put on a bit of weight (84 kg now) since my last 10 km run. But I am not at my heaviest weight. (89kg at 22 yrs old, but 2.4km below 10 minute, and 10km below 45 min).

Any expert out there have any idea?

    Thanks.

  • Anyone did Toronto-Montreal-Boston drive before?

Can anyone give me some guide pertaining to the road trip mentioned above? I am planning a trip to visit an old uncle (above 80) during this coming Christmas (yes, facing cold winter).

If you do not have the entire experience, anyone of the 2 legs will also be very helpful, which every way. Eg. Toronto-Montreal or Montreal-Toronto; Montreal-Boston or Boston-Montreal.

Some of the issue of concern are:

    1. Place to stop (be it for rest, or sleep, or just side seeing)

    2. Boarder crossing experience.

    3. Place worth visiting (natural lover).

    4. Possible danger (robbery, accident etc on the road).

    5. Nice place for food.

    6. Which are the Toll road, how much is the cost.

    7. Motel along the highway, is it safe.

    8. Anything to highlight for the car, eg snow tyre, extra food/water, etc.

Any other information or experience you would like to share, i will be more than happy to note it down.

    Regards,

    Mel.

  • Subaru Outback (2004) vs Toyota Corolla (2010)?

    Which is the better buy?

Outback ($14000) has 80,000 km mileage and Corolla ($16500) is brand new. Both with warranty.

The condition I am in is 6 months of snow per year. Outback has more space and better vehicle handling in all terrain, but Corolla is new and less lightly to break down.

I am torn between 2 choice. Can I have a an opinion from cyber, and some facts to back the opinion please?
