Why do I bruise so easily.?
I'm kinda pale (for being mexican, at least) and I bruise so easily. I have bruises everywhere on my body and I never know how I got them. Also, you can see my veins clearly through my skin. All up through my legs, and arms. So, any ideas?

I bruise and scar really easily too. My doctor told me that it can be because of a lack of vitamin c.
Maybe you could try drinking more orange juice and see if it improves?
