solving for tangent line vertical and horizontal from a function?

y= x^3 -2yx^2 +y^2 = -1

at (-1,2)

i have the line tangent:

(y-2)=(-5/2)(x+1)

so how do you find the tangent line vertical and tangent line horizontal?

show your work please.

    horizontal lines have equal slopes

    vertical lines have slopes that are negative reciprocals of one another

    Use Quadratic formula? X= (b^2 plus or minus square root of the discriminant)/2a Discriminant is b^2-4ac
