Voice rest is the best treatment. Don't drink anything cold for a few days. Drink a lot of hot water. Don't worry it will get better in a few days. If not check with ENT doctor.

Try to stop using your voice, stop smoking, avoid smoky environments.
Steam inhalations might ease it a bit.
There are liquid versions of tylenol (paracetamol) and ibuprofen that act locally as well as systemically.
Ask your pharmacist for lozenges or a spray that has a small amount of local anaesthetic in it.
Drink plenty - whatever you find soothing - like tea with lemon and honey.
If it persists or gets worse the best thing is to see your doctor.
