how do i stake this down?

I have a wooden wind mill (looks like the windmills in Holland) it is made out of mostly plywood and has a hole about 11/2 inches around in the bottom I need a way to hold it down it falls over in the wind I don't want it to brake any Ideas? any help will be accepted and appreciated thanks

    get a metal pipe that will fit through the hole in the bottom and drive it into the ground until it is just tall enough for the windmill to fit over it and touch the ground,fit it through the hole.this is how I keep lightweight plastic christmas figure/ decorations from blowing over.
