How much might my dog weigh when she gets older?

I am adopting a puppy soon and she is currently about 10 lbs at almost 8 weeks. Her mom is a rat terrier and her dad is unknown. Do you have a weight range of how big she might get?

Update:

How much did your puppy weigh at 8 weeks and how much did they weigh full grown?

    the unknown part is where you will 'not know' until pup is full grown.... guestimating, perhaps 15-2o lbs......Maybe

    A good indication is the dogs FEET. u can usually gauge to a certain point how large they will be. 10 lbs at 8 weeks...would plan on about 3 x weight in next 6 months. should slow down alot after that. i would guess between 30lbs to 45lbs.love her as much as you can . SO GLAD YOUR ADOPTING AND GIVING A HOMELESS PUPPY A HOME < EXCELLENT

    Since her Dad was unknown, it is impossible to know how much you dog might weigh when she gets older. I guess you'll just have to wait and see. Enjoy your dog and take a ton of photos while your dog is still a puppy as they grow up practically overnight.

    Unless we know the breed of the father of the dog then no we can't guess or tell.You will have to wait till she grows up to know that,if your able to take a picture and show it on flickr or something we would be able to try and figure out what kind of mutt she is.

    Since you don't know what breed her dad was, it's hard to tell. Maybe she'll be at least 15-25 Lbs... not sure :/

    that all depends on if her mother is a toy=4-6lb

    mid=6-8lb

    standard=12-35lb

    so it can be anywhere from 4-35lb

    but if her father was a bigger dog it is possible she can get bigger.
