Does anyone know how to make a mac open Adobe files in Preview?
I use gmail and I keep getting emails in Adobe format. I don't have Adobe on my computer and I always have to open finder and force the computer to open the document in preview. Is there any way to set gmail so that it downloads the files in Preview? If not, is there any way to make a mac always open Adobe documents with preview?

Save one of these files from your email to a location on your hard drive or go to an existing one.
In Finder browse to your file and go to File>Get Info or press Command I
Go to the section Open with and change the current option to Preview, then click on Change all.
From now on each file in this format will automatically open in Preview if you double click on one.
