None of those "breeds" are actually breeds. They're mixes. The "Daniff" is just a Great Dane/Mastiff mix, and the "Neo Dane" is just a Neapolitan Mastiff/Great Dane mix. (I would assume the "Masadane" is also just a Mastiff/Great Dane mix.) Now, because they're mixes, they are unpredictable. It takes years upon years of careful selective breeding to produce a reliable result. That's generation after generation after generation and so on and so forth. These mixes are all quite recent, and they're just the result of someone with too much time on their hands slapping together two breeds, or of a purely accidental pregnancy. They do not follow strict breed standards as do properly bred purebreds. A "Daniff" could be athletic like a Dane, or a couch potato like a Mastiff. A "Neo Dane" could be highly territorial, unfriendly and suspicious like a Neo, or relatively docile and friendly like a Dane. There's absolutely no way to predict how one of these mixes will turn out. The offspring could be like a carbon copy of one breed or of the other, or any combination of the two. Who knows? So, if you're interested in a Great Dane/mastiff mix, then just visit a shelter or Petfinder, because a shelter mix is absolutely no different than a mix from a "breeder." (The only difference is that by adopting one of these mixes, you're saving a life, whereas by purchasing one, you are supporting the designer dog industry while similar mixes languish in shelters.) If you're interested in a predictable purebred, then go with an actual purebred, like a Great Dane, Mastiff or Neapolitan Mastiff.

A well bred, well trained, properly socialized Dane is a very loving, loyal, gentle breed. They are very smart and very trainable. They aren't a high energy breed and don't require a lot of exercise or a large yard. They do as well in a small home or appartment as they do in a large house. Like all dogs as puppies they can be chewers, but with proper training and safe chew toys destructive behavior can be done away with. A well bred, well cared for Dane has an average life span of 10 years the same as any other large/giant breed with many living into theri teens. One of my own Danes has dogs in his pedigree that have lived to be 14 -16 years of age with no health issues. Just because a Dane is a giant breed doesn't mean it will have any kind of health issues. A Dane fed a good quality food is not as big an eater as most people think. My own Danes eat 4 cups of dry daily..2 cups am, 2 cups pm plus a 1/3 can wet food am & pm. They also only poop on firm poop per dog per day. I compete with my Danes in rally & obedience. I also have TDI certified therapy Danes. My Danes do demos, are meet & greet dogs for CGC tests, have been in parades, go camping & hiking, have gone to doggie camp and they have theri AKC CGC. My kids are all adults now but I had Danes when they were young kids. I've had both rescue Danes & Danes from breeders.

They are mixed breed dogs, there are no predictable characteristics as they can get any characteristics from either parent.

As good breeders don't breed mixes you're far better off looking for a similar mix in a shelter or rescue, or just looking for a well bred purebred from a good breeder.

There are no such breeds as "daniff or masadane or neo dane". Anyone who tells you different is a scam artist. Don't give your money to someone who is breeding mutts-they have NO ethics.

These are all mutts, they aren't a breed! What is wrong with people who are so unaware that just because you give it a stupid name like Daniff doesn't mean it a breed.

Research Great Danes if you wish and see if they are right for you guys and your dog.
