what can i do to gain weight on my legs and theighs?

I have a really fast metabolism so i am a pretty skinny person, but i noticed that when i start eating a little more i gain weight pretty much evrywhere except my legs. Is there anything i can do to gain weight on my legs and theighs?

    You can try resistance training. High weight, low reps builds muscle. Low weight and high reps tones the muscle.
