Is skim milk the same as Lactose-free, fat-free milk?

    No they are both horrible,You should see what they do to baby cows to get it,If I ever drink milk I drink silk or almond milk,Both way more healthy

    Skim milk isn't lactose free. It just has a very low percentage of fat
